Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential women customers for microfinance services

• Explain loan products, procedures, and repayment terms clearly

• Collect necessary documentation and assist in loan processing

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory

• Conduct field visits for customer onboarding and support

• Ensure timely loan repayment and follow-up on due payments

• Maintain daily reports and submit them to the branch manager

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned local areas/villages

• Basic understanding of microfinance or rural customer service is a plus
