Field Sales Executive

ShinePoints is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. We are a highly-reputed, employee-friendly company with a mission to help retail businesses grow through our simple, powerful loyalty software.

In this role, you will be the face of ShinePoints, responsible for introducing our innovative reward points software to retail store owners and building lasting partnerships. This is a field-based position where you'll have the independence to manage your own schedule and territory while earning a strong salary and uncapped incentives.

What You'll Do

• Meet with shop owners and pitch the benefits of the ShinePoints loyalty software.

• Onboard new clients by setting them up on a free one-month trial.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting trial users into paying customers.

• Recruit and manage channel partners to expand your network and drive sales.

• Build strong relationships with retailers and partners to ensure long-term success.

• Provide daily progress reports to your manager.

12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (approx. ₹25,000/month take-home)

Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (approx. ₹31,000/month take-home)
