We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Shine Projects. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19500 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
Work Mode & Timings:
📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city
🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily
⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
Salary:
💰 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives

🏪 Visit 10–15 stores per day in your assigned city or area.

🔁 Revisit the shop after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a ₹999 annual subscription.
🤝 Ask for referrals from happy clients to quickly grow your network and close more deals.
