We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products by visiting residential areas, corporate offices, pharmacies, and local businesses. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation through various channels, and converting leads into successful credit card applications within the given turnaround time (TAT).
Field Visits & Lead Generation:
Visit residential societies, offices, small businesses, shops, and public places.
Interact with walk-ins and passerby customers to pitch suitable credit card products.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and on-ground promotions.
Product Pitching:
Clearly explain different types of credit cards, their features, eligibility, and offers (e.g. rewards, cashback, travel benefits).
Help customers choose the card that matches their financial habits.
Follow-Up & Conversions:
Maintain a record of leads collected.
Follow up via phone or in-person visits to convert interested leads into sales.
Ensure customer onboarding is completed within the TAT (Turnaround Time).
Documentation & KYC:
Assist customers with filling out application forms.
Collect and verify necessary documents (PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
Brand Promotion & Reporting:
Distribute marketing materials and represent the brand professionally.
Provide daily/weekly sales updates to team leaders or supervisors.
