Job Description:

India Post Payments Bank Ltd. is looking for motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell banking products and insurance services.

This is a field-based role, ideal for candidates who are confident in face-to-face communication and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to promote and sell banking products and insurance policies

• Build strong customer relationships and trust

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Report sales activities and update leads

• Maintain good knowledge of bank products and services

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Should be comfortable with fieldwork

• Experience in sales/insurance/banking is preferred (Freshers can also apply)

• Must have a valid ID proof and smartphone

Full-Time, Field Work

Salary:

₹20,000 per month + incentives

• Primary Location: Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad
