About the Role--:

Join ShinePoints, a reputed and employee-friendly company, to promote our Reward Points Software to retail shops. You’ll meet shop owners, explain the benefits, and help them start with a free 1-month trial before moving to a yearly subscription.

What You’ll Do--:

• Visit retail shops in your assigned area (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Explain how ShinePoints can boost customer loyalty & sales

• Onboard shops instantly using your mobile/tablet

• Maintain strong relationships for long-term business

• Share simple daily updates with your manager remotely

Who Can Apply---:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Freshers welcome

• Skills: Good communication in local language & basic English

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

Salary & Benefits---:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000/month take-home + Incentives)

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000/month take-home + Incentives)

• ₹100/day travel allowance

• ₹250 per shop incentive above your target — unlimited earning potential
