Job Title: Field Sales Executive – ShinePoints Software

Role Overview:

You’ll visit retail shops in your city, explain the benefits of ShinePoints (a reward points software), and get them to try it free for a month. After the trial, you’ll aim to convert them into paying customers at ₹999/year.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch the software to shop owners (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

Target: 50 shop tie-ups per month (more tie-ups = more incentives)

Maintain good relationships with retailers

Report daily updates to your manager

Work independently in the field (no daily office visits)

Work Details:

Location: Any area in your city

Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

Field work only

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Freshers welcome (up to 6 months’ experience)

Good communication in regional language + basic English

Salary:

12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA (~₹19,500/month take-home) + incentives

Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA (~₹25,000/month take-home) + incentives
