Job Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints – a Reward Points Software for retail stores. Your job is to meet shop owners, explain the benefits, and sign them up for a free 1-month trial, which later costs ₹999/year.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops in your city and pitch the software.

Achieve monthly sales targets (50 stores/month).

Build and maintain relationships with shop owners.

Report daily progress to the manager.

Work independently in the field.

Work Details:

Location: Your assigned city/area

Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

Mode: Field work (no daily office)

Probation: 1 month, then full-time

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Freshers can apply

Good communication skills in local language & basic English

Salary & Benefits:

12th Pass: ₹3 LPA (₹25,000/month approx.) + incentives

Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA (₹31,000/month approx.) + incentives

₹100/day travel allowance

₹250 per shop enrollment above target
