We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1 Month and ₹999 per annum after the free offer ends).

What You'll Do:

• Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area).

• Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Overachieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

• Location: Any area in your assigned city.

• Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily.

• Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply.

• Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English.

Salary:

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives.

• Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives.
