We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join Shine Projects as Field Sales Executives to promote our exciting ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores across your city.
📝 Job Highlights:
✅ Promote ShinePoints software to retail shops (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)
✅ Achieve 50 store tie-ups/month
✅ ₹999/year software – free for the first month!
✅ 6-day field role (Mon–Sat) | 9 AM – 5 PM
✅ Daily reporting via mobile – no daily office visits
🎓 Eligibility:
✔ 12th Pass or Graduate
✔ Good communication in local language + basic English
✔ Freshers welcome (less than 6 months experience)
💰 Salary:
• 12th Pass – ₹2.5 LPA CTC (₹19,500/month approx.)
• Graduate – ₹3.2 LPA CTC (₹25,000/month approx.)
