Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executives to join our team ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd) for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends). The position offers an in-hand salary for 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives and for Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives plus Transport Allowance ₹100 per day(over and above the salary) plus Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: Freshers are eligible
Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
