We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our Insurance Sales team in Bangalore and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

•Promote and sell insurance products to customers.

•Visit potential customers in assigned areas.

•Generate leads and follow up for closures.

•Explain product benefits and pricing clearly.

•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

•Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

•Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

•Good communication and •interpersonal skills.

•Willing to work in field sales and travel locally.

•Must be enthusiastic and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

•Salary: ₹22,000 per month (Fixed)

•Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

•Other Benefits: Petrol allowance provided

•Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

•Training and support will be provided
