Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Overachieve for higher incentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in the regional language and basic English

Work Mode & Timings:

📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city

🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily

⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
