Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to support our on-ground marketing activities and drive customer engagement for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing local marketing campaigns, generating leads, and increasing project visibility in targeted areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local campaigns, including canopy setups, kiosk activations, and community engagement.

• Generate quality leads through field visits, referrals, and promotional activities.

• Assist in organizing and managing events such as open houses, site visits, and real estate expos.

• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and potential customers.

• Provide timely and accurate reporting on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and market feedback.

• Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams for aligned messaging and lead handover.

• Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence for better strategy planning.

Requirements:

• 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–3 years of field marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong local network and area knowledge.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel and work on weekends, if needed.
