Job Summary
The primary goal of a Real Estate Channel Partner is to drive high-volume sales for a developer's property inventory by leveraging personal networks, digital marketing, and specialized local market insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and acquire potential buyers through networking, digital advertisements, social media campaigns, and local events.

  • Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct site visits to highlight unique project features, amenities, and floor plans to prospective buyers.

  • Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance on market trends, property valuations, and local legal requirements (e.g., RERA compliance) to help buyers make informed decisions.

  • Sales Facilitation & Negotiation: Act as a mediator to negotiate prices and payment terms between developers and buyers to ensure successful closures.

  • Transaction Coordination: Handle the end-to-end buying process, including legal documentation, financing assistance, and paperwork management.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards.

    • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust with both developers and a diverse pool of potential buyers.

    • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
