Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales operations at the factory

• Deal with B2B clients for corrugated boxes and related packaging products

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Understand and negotiate corrugation rates based on current market trends

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of orders

• Maintain accurate reports on production, inventory, and client feedback

• Visit clients and attend field meetings as required to support sales and business growth

Requirements:

• Male candidates only

• Age: 25 to 35 years (compulsory)

• Minimum 6month–5 years of experience in the corrugation or packaging industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle corporate clients professionally

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Deep understanding of corrugation production processes and pricing

• Ability to work independently and manage factory-level operations effectively

• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Email)
