Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ghaziabad or assigned territory

Salary: ₹12,000-₹18,000 per month + performance incentives extra

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers in the designated territory.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

• Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports to the sales manager and update CRM records.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass (10+2) from a recognized board.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in field sales or marketing preferred (fresher candidates with the right attitude may also apply).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales negotiation and client handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
