Field Sales Executive

We are a premier society media and activation agency providing targeted advertising spaces and experiential marketing solutions inside residential communities. We are seeking a dynamic, resultoriented Growth Executive to drive business acquisition across assigned locations and pin codes. In this role, you will focus on local businesses, service providers, and large commercial brands, understanding their marketing needs and pitching high-impact hyperlocal ad spaces— specifically lift panel advertising, gate arches (RWA Gate),cutouts, no-parking boards, and community event activations.

• High-Volume Client Sourcing: Conduct rigorous daily field outreach to visit 20+ local business clients within assigned pin codes, targeting business owners, store managers, and marketing decision-makers.

• Lead Generation & Data Collection: Identify key decision-makers (Owners/Marketing Heads), capture complete direct contact information, and build a structured sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Thank You

• Needs Assessment & Consultative Selling: Analyze local client business models to propose tailored media solutions, focusing primarily on high-converting lift panel inventory in nearby premium residential societies.

• Target-Driven Sales Execution: Achieve continuous daily and monthly inventory sales targets, including a primary target of closing 100 Lift Panel Advertisements per month along with upselling higher-value inventory (gate arches, cut-outs, noparking boards, and event activations) to key accounts.

• Deal Closure & Payment Collection: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching and price negotiation to contract signing and daily payment collection for closed deals.

• Innovative Solutions & Problem Solving: Apply creative problem-solving and fresh marketing ideas to help local businesses maximize campaign ROI, resolving client objections effectively.

• Daily Outreach: 20 verified client visits and decision-maker contact collections per day. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales Volume Target: Consistent conversion toward the monthly milestone of 100 Lift Panel ads.

• Collection & Revenue Target: 100% timely payment collection on signed client contracts.

• DSR & PT Sheets : Daily update your meetings with clients and their full details in the Daily Sales and updating all interested clients in the Prospect Tracker sheets.

• Direct Field Sales Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hyperlocal media sales, B2B field sales, retail merchant onboarding, or local advertising.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close fast-cycle sales and meet aggressive daily field targets. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Communication & Pitching Skills: Strong persuasive abilities to pitch marketing ROI directly to business owners and corporate decision-makers.

• Financial Discipline: Reliable and trustworthy in handling payment collections and daily financial reporting.

• Mobility & Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local business ecosystems within assigned pin codes, along with a personal two-wheeler and valid driver's license for daily field visits.
