Job Description

Profile: Business Development Executive

  1. Understand client communication needs and recommend suitable CPaaS solutions.

  2. Conduct product demonstrations and explain CPaaS use cases clearly to clients.

  3. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.

  4. Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM systems.

  5. Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams for smooth client activation.

  6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional CPaaS services to existing customers.

  8. Prepare sales reports and track performance regularly
