Hello,

We are hiring for the position of Field Officer Sales (FOS) for Personal Loan sales under Ring.

This is a field sales profile where the candidate will work in their own nearby area/city. The role is completely related to customer handling, lead generation, and personal loan sales. There is no collection work involved in this profile.

The candidate will be responsible for:• Field visits and customer acquisition• Personal Loan sales• Product promotion• Achieving daily and monthly targets

Salary & Incentive Structure:

Per Personal Loan disbursement

Minimum monthly target: 50 PL

Extra performance means extra earning opportunity.

Attendance Policy:

Minimum 1 PL disbursement per day is mandatory for attendance.

No disbursement means attendance will not be counted.

Fresher and experienced both can apply

Age: 18 to 30 years

Candidate must have a smartphone and good communication skills.
