Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell loan products and credit cards to individuals or businesses.

Identify and pursue potential customers through cold calling, field visits, tele-calling, or digital platforms.

Explain loan/credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Collect and verify documents needed for processing applications.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate referrals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Coordinate with the back-office team for application processing and approvals.
