Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will visit salons, beauty parlours, nail studios, cosmetic shops, gift shops, and boutiques to promote our products and generate orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned market areas daily (door-to-door)

• Pitch products to salons, parlours, nail studios & shops

• Take orders and follow up for payment

• Onboard new shops and maintain relationships

• Promote combo packs and bulk offers

• Share daily visit & order updates on WhatsApp

• Collect market feedback and competitor info

• Salons & beauty parlours

• Nail studios

• Cosmetic & accessory shops

• Gift & boutique stores

Salary & Incentives

Commission:
10% on paid order value
(No limit on earnings)

Additional Incentives:

• Travel allowance

Good performers can earn ₹35,000+ per month

Working Hours

• 6 days a week

• Field work (daytime market hours)

✅ Requirements

• Experience in field sales / marketing preferred

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, accessories, FMCG is a plus

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales

• Smart phone + WhatsApp mandatory

• Honest, energetic & target-oriented

Freshers with strong confidence and willingness to do field sales may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
