Key Responsibilities
Customer Visits
Regularly visit Distributors/Dealers 2–3 times per week.
Frequently travel to nearby stations such as Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, etc., for market coverage and customer engagement
Feedback Collection & Issue Resolution
Collect feedback on products, pricing, and services.
Resolve concerns with the support of the company.
Service & Relationship Building
Provide service through personal visits and telephonic communication.
Focus on customer satisfaction and trust building.
Business Development
Once customers are satisfied, inquire about new requirements and explore business expansion.
Support for Secondary Sales
Assist Distributors/Dealers in fulfilling the needs of their secondary customers — Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Doctors, and Retailers.
