. Key Responsibilities
o Customer Visits
o Regularly visit Distributors/Dealers 2–3 times per week.
o Frequently travel to nearby stations such as Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, etc., for market coverage and customer engagement
o Feedback Collection & Issue Resolution
o Collect feedback on products, pricing, and services.
o Service & Relationship Building
o Provide service through personal visits and telephonic communication.
o Business Development
o Once customers are satisfied, inquire about new requirements and explore business expansion.
o Support for Secondary Sales
o Assist Distributors/Dealers in fulfilling the needs of their secondary customers
