About the Role:
Sandora Exim Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our field sales team for selling premium Tea Powder to business owners. Experience is not mandatory — freshers and college students looking for a side hustle are also welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local shops, distributors, and business owners to promote and sell Tea Powder.

• Achieve assigned daily sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and gather market feedback.

• Report daily sales performance to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory (field-based role).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

• Flexible working hours depending on performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (based on interview and experience).

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 for exceeding daily sales targets.

• Petrol allowance reimbursed with monthly pay slip.
