Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage distributor/retailer relationships, and ensure effective market penetration of our FMCG products. The role involves meeting sales targets, executing promotional activities, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to increase business opportunities.

• Execute product displays, merchandising, and promotional campaigns as per company standards.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; share insights with management.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales reports, customer visits, and market feedback.

• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

• Support new product launches and drive secondary sales through effective retail execution.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the reporting manager.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.

• Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply).

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
