We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching our products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential and existing customers in the field to promote and sell products/services
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide relevant information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with the sales manager and other team members for smooth operations
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve service offerings
• Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation
Requirements:
• Proven field sales experience (2–3 years preferred); freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Good knowledge of the Vizag market and surrounding areas
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales applications
