Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on the ground, conducting site visits, and closing sales for the company’s real estate projects. The role demands strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to maintain relationships with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits to clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Follow up with prospects regularly to convert inquiries into sales.

• Negotiate prices and terms to successfully close deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.

• Maintain records of daily field activities, visits, calls, and client interactions.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

• Follow up with clients for payments and required documentation as per company process.
