Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground onboarding of new merchants/partners and ensure a smooth
registration process.
Carry out field sales activities to acquire new partners and promote platform offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement.
Explain product features, processes, and benefits clearly to potential partners.
Ensure proper documentation, verification, and activation of new onboarded partners.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition and sales targets.
Share on-ground insights and feedback with the internal team to improve processes.
Represent the brand professionally while interacting with merchants in the field.
