About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Meet customers within the assigned Tehsil and nearby villages.
Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, customer interactions, orders, and payments using the company reporting system.
Attend daily review meetings with the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum age: 25 years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, or Retail Sales is preferred.
Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
Basic smartphone knowledge for daily reporting.
Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned territory (up to 40 km).
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
