Job Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate new leads through field visits and references.
Conduct a minimum of 30 customer visits daily.
Promote products and services to potential customers.
Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage the assigned Tehsil and surrounding areas.
Submit daily sales, visit, order, and payment reports.
Attend mandatory daily Google Meet meetings.
Coordinate with the reporting manager and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
Age between 25–40 years.
Previous experience in field sales or marketing preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic smartphone and mobile application handling knowledge.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Knowledge of the local market preferred.
Work Requirements
Daily field visits within a 40 km radius.
One assigned Tehsil per candidate.
Target-oriented field sales operations.
Regular reporting and performance reviews.
