Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and assisting customers in buying and selling properties across Delhi NCR.
This is primarily a Work From Home (WFH) role. However, candidates may be required to visit the company's Delhi office for meetings, training sessions, or whenever instructed by management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Meet clients and conduct property site visits.
Explain property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding client requirements.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales will be an advantage (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Mandatory Requirements
Personal Laptop/Desktop Computer.
Own Bike/Scooter with a valid driving license.
Smartphone with internet connectivity.
Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.
