Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for capital equipment in targeted industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, construction, packaging, etc.).
• Visit clients regularly to understand their needs, provide technical presentations, and propose suitable solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including installation coordination, demonstrations, and after-sales service coordination.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management for product improvement and strategic planning.
• Reporting & Administration:
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2–7 years of experience in field sales of capital equipment, machinery, or industrial products.
• Preferred Background: Experience with B2B equipment sales (e.g., CNC machines, industrial automation, medical equipment, construction machinery, etc.).
• Licenses: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
