Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential service providers in assigned territories.
• Convince and onboard individuals as service providers on the company's platform.
• Explain the benefits of joining the platform and address provider queries effectively.
• Assist providers with registration, profile creation, and verification processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential providers.
• Achieve onboarding and acquisition targets assigned by the Sales Officer/Reporting Manager.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the provider network.
• Follow up with interested providers to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and onboarded providers.
• Share market insights, competitor activities, and field feedback with the reporting manager.
