About the Role

Rupeeland Mart is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new customer leads, promote the company’s products and offers, and drive sales through field activities and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits.
Visit residential, commercial and other potential customer locations.
Promote Rupeeland Mart’s products, offers and services.
Explain product benefits, pricing and ongoing promotions to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Conduct local market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with the store and sales team for customer requirements.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.
Submit regular sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Field Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales or similar roles.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
