Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Executives for the Rapido project. The role involves onboarding auto drivers onto the Rapido platform and expanding the driver network in assigned locations.
Candidates should be comfortable with field sales activities, meeting drivers, explaining the Rapido app benefits, and helping them complete the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard Auto Drivers to the Rapido App
Visit different areas to connect with drivers
Explain Rapido platform benefits and earning opportunities
Assist drivers with registration and documentation
Achieve daily onboarding targets
Maintain communication with drivers and support them during onboarding
Requirements
Field Sales Experience preferred
Good communication skills
Must have own bike
Comfortable with field work
Ability to convince and interact with drivers
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
