Job Description

Job Roles:
1. Daily Site Visits Visit min 10-12under-construction sites (buildings, bungalows) to identify new business opportunities and increase brand presence.

Product Pitching Confidently pitch and explain our products – especially sofit panel grids and related materials – to site decision-makers.
Lead Collection & Follow-up Collect accurate client and project information, and ensure consistent follow-ups for nurturing the lead.
Conversion of Leads to Orders Actively work towards converting site visits and leads into confirmed sales or purchase orders.
Reporting & Relationship Management Maintain detailed visit reports and build long-term relationships with contractors, site engineers, and developers for repeat business.
