Job Summary We are hiring Telesales Callers who can connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our solar offerings, and generate interest or leads. If you have great communication skills, a persuasive voice, and a passion for helping people make smart decisions—this is the role for you!
KEY Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or campaigns Introduce our solar products and services in a clear and engaging manner Ask questions to understand customer needs and eligibility Share basic information about benefits, pricing, EMI options, and site visit process Handle objections, build trust, and generate quality leads Record call details and responses in CRM/Excel sheet Follow up with interested customers and coordinate for appointments
Eligibility Criteria 0–2 years of experience in telesales/customer service (Freshers with good communication welcome) Fluent in Hindi (English or regional language is a bonus) Confident, polite, and convincing voice Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets Willingness to learn about solar products (training will be provided)
