Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

Select rural areas based on need assessments or requests from local authorities.
Develop a calendar in coordination with medical teams, local partners, and facilities.
Arrange equipment, medicines, and patients (for surgeries, if needed).
Collaborate with village leaders, community health workers, and local NGOs.
Raise awareness about the eye camp using posters, loudspeakers, door-to-door campaigns, etc.
Organize pre-camp registration to anticipate the number of participants

Ensure the availability of ophthalmologists, optometrists,  and support staff.

Ensure proper functioning and availability of diagnostic tools (slit lamps, vision charts, etc.).

Supervise the setup, registration, screening, and treatment process.

Help prioritize patients for immediate treatment, spectacles, or referrals for surgery.

Ensure smooth flow, safety, and cleanliness during the camp
Keep detailed logs of patients treated, procedures performed
