Field Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
Drive demand generation activities across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, architects, builders, and project stakeholders.
Identify upcoming projects and influence product specifications at the design and planning stage.
Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and customer engagement programs.
Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and dealers to expand market reach.
Generate and track leads, ensuring smooth handover and closure support to the sales team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Organize promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand-building activities.
Maintain regular reports on project tracking, lead generation, and demand creation efforts.
Achieve assigned demand generation and market development targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Project Sales, Business Development, or Specification Sales.
Experience in Wires & Cables, Electrical Products, Switchgear, Lighting, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
Strong network with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and EPC companies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
