Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
