Kitech Interio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the interior design, architectural, or project-based industry, with a proven track record of handling high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior and architecture project domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions from our product and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior, architectural, or project sales field.
Strong understanding of interior design and architectural concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
