Field Sales Executive

Kitech Interio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the interior design, architectural, or project-based industry, with a proven track record of handling high-value clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior and architecture project domain.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions from our product and service offerings.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior, architectural, or project sales field.

• Strong understanding of interior design and architectural concepts.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
