ensure accuracy, compliance, and authenticity of customer information.
Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Field Executives to conduct house visits and
address verification for insurance applicants within assigned territories. This role requires field
mobility, proper documentation, professional communication, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field investigations and address verification visits for insurance/employee
verification cases.
Visit applicant’s residence or workplace as per assigned cases and verify details in
person.
Collect evidence such as photographs, documents, signatures, and neighbor
verification wherever required.
Conduct interviews with customers or related contacts to validate shared information.
Ensure timely closure of assigned cases as per defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional behavior during field interactions.
Submit detailed reports and documentation through mobile app/portal on time.
Coordinate with backend team for case updates, clarifications, and follow-ups.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Higher Education preferred
Experience in field work, survey, collections, insurance, courier, or verification will be an
advantage
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
Familiarity with local routes and geography
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Smartphone handling ability & basic reading/writing skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
