Job Description
Real Estate Management Group (REMG) is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle property sales, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures. The candidate will work directly with buyers, sellers, property owners, builders, and channel partners to generate business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
* Generate and follow up on buyer and seller leads.
* Present suitable residential and commercial properties.
* Arrange and conduct property site visits.
* Coordinate with property owners, builders, dealers, and channel partners.
* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
* Update lead status, client interactions, and deal progress in the company’s CRM.
* Coordinate documentation and other activities required to complete transactions.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to brokerage revenue.
Requirements
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.
* Customer-focused attitude and a strong interest in sales.
* Ability to follow up consistently and work toward targets.
* Basic smartphone and computer skills.
* Previous experience in real estate sales or field sales is preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
