Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, collecting leads, conducting market research, and promoting Pointo’s products and services. This role requires strong sales and marketing skills to onboard Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs)/Dealers, generate new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential customers in designated areas and collect leads.
Conduct market visits and research to understand customer needs and competition.
Pitch customers about Pointo, explaining product and company details.
Raise awareness about the product and company in the market.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Collect and upload sales leads into the system, with basic customer documents.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Ensure onboarding of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and Dealers.
Maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Strategy & Performance Optimization:
Conduct marketing activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
Ensure sales targets are met and maintain accurate sales records.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Measure and quantify the results of implemented marketing strategies and expenditures, ensuring alignment with sales targets and overall business growth. Provide data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Strong local geographical knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or field sales (preferred in Battery, EV Industry).
Other Requirements : Two - w heeler with a valid driving license ( preferred ).
