Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to promote and sell solar products (rooftop systems, panels, etc.)

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local marketing

• Explain benefits of solar energy and financial savings to customers

• Conduct site surveys and collect basic technical information

• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams

• Meet monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer records and report daily activities

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of solar energy (training can be provided)

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Willingness to travel locally

• Own vehicle preferred
