Raja Mobile Accessories is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth across Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing existing distribution channels, expanding market presence, and driving sales performance across retail and wholesale networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Expansion
Identify and develop new markets, distributors, and retail partners across UP
Drive expansion into untapped cities and towns
Execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
2. Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals
3. Channel & Distributor Management
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
Ensure proper stock availability and supply chain efficiency
Resolve channel conflicts and maintain healthy business partnerships
6. Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably mobile accessories / FMCG / consumer electronics)
