Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive

Company: PhonePe

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Responsibilities:

Visit shops and businesses in the assigned area.

Explain PhonePe payment services to merchants.

Onboard new merchants and help them register on PhonePe.

Install QR codes and assist with activation.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Submit sales reports to the team leader.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must be comfortable with field work.

Own smartphone required.
