Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Managers to handle field sales, develop dealer/distributor networks, and expand the retail market.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with dealers and retailers, and be comfortable with regular field visits. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks. • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, and retail outlets.
• Expand the retail network within the assigned area.
• Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Monitor market activities, competitor products, and pricing.
• Collect market feedback and share it with management.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market. • Prepare basic sales reports and daily field visit updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate / Degree in any discipline. • Freshers to 2 years of sales experience
. • Age 24 years and above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident communication with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Ability to develop new dealer/distributor relationships.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Able to work independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile applications for reporting.
• Comfortable working in the assigned Ahmedabad market.
• Immediate joiners preferred. Salary & Benefits • Salary: 18000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Benefits: As per company policy.
• Incentives: Applicable as per company sales/incentive policy. Ideal Candidate Confident, energetic, good at communication, comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of achieving sales targets.
Experience in dealer/distributor sales, retail sales, FMCG, consumer products, or similar field-sales roles will be preferred.
