The candidate must demonstrate a proactive attitude, be results-driven, and show the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A personable demeanor is essential for building rapport with customers. Basic knowledge of computers and sales software is preferable. Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively are also important traits for this role.
